Location. Opposite the river, has a very serene view. Very close to the historic park. Nearby there is a choice of restaurants.

Ok but not exceptional
Location and ease of parking. The room was a good size and clean. Good size balcony overlooking river. Non smoking inside the hotel but the balcony is ok for smoking - reception kindly provided .me with an ashtray. I liked the bed because it was very firm and large with good quality linen. However another guest checked out after one night because the bed was too hard. People like different things.
No chairs on balcony. We would have had breakfast if it was available but except for a toaster and some bread and jams there did not seem to be much. But it is reasonably easy to get thai food outside.
